"I have close to 10 acres that Kody and Kent and their employees have mowed, weed whacked, edged and installed an irrigation for my garden. These men are incredible and have done just about anything you can think of and more. If something isn’t perfect they come right back and make it perfect. I’m an older handicapped woman, if I asked them to carry a box into my house or decorate a Christmas tree, they’d do it! They also are very kind with impeccable manners. They’ve taken care of my property for over 3 years without a problem. I’m moving and wish I could take them with me. I give them the highest recommendation possible. "My husband and I did research on several companies but none of them offered the hardscaping/erosion control expertise and overall service of Superior. We were overwhelmed with not knowing where to start or even what to do. Years of overgrowth and erosion had rendered our backyard useless. We had no grass due to lack of sunlight, thus creating more erosion damage. The erosion had began to expose extremely large tree roots making it virtually impossibly to safely walk through the yard. This was our families first large project to restore the house my husband grew up in and there was a significant amount of fear and procrastination due to the financial investment and previous futile DIY attempts to make the backyard enjoyable. After I first reaching out to Superior Matt responded and visited our home within days. <br /> <br /> He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Once he provided his quote and a timeline we were excited to get started. We weren't concerned with getting other bids because it would have been impossible to find an and quot;apples-to-applesand quot; comparison, we just weren't aware of anyone that could tackle our unique challenges. His crews arrived onsite at the same time everyday wearing what appeared to be matching uniforms, worked hard and NEVER left the property a mess. At one point they were ahead of schedule and were ready to trench for the retaining wall however Okie had not been onsite to mark for buried lines. Rather than calling it a day and pushing the project out his crew without hesitation started doing the work by hand with shovels! There may have been an additional hour or 2 of labor but we were very impressed by how they didn't let the scheduling issue draw things out any longer. The various sub contracted teams (concrete...dirt...sod) arrived right on schedule the days they were expected. <br /> <br /> The entire project only took about 7-8 business days and it was actually exciting to arrive home from work each day to see the changes and to see the design coming to fruition! Our dogs finally have a yard to run around (first fence for this 43 year old house)! The design of the wall and drainage keeps the yard dry and our adjoining tennis court has yet to flood as we've seen previously. My family never realized what an emotional drain it was to look out the window to a barren dirt covered yard but this spring when the beautiful green grass came up and sunshine floods in each morning.... well, I can honestly say it's changed our lives. It sounds crazy but we couldn't have been happier with the way it all turned out. <br /> <br /> The design was create to last and I'm confident that it will. I even remember telling my husband afterward that I really wanted to know how much profit went directly to Matt because after considering the quality of work received and the lack of stress put on my family, I couldn't imagine that it was enough. (The husband quickly said I was out of my mind and needless to say Matt never received any additional profit. HA!;) We've already referred him to others and will certainly look forward to future projects."

"Spartan Pools and Ponds rebuilt our entire pool and spa (Aug. 2017) which was at least 20 years old. The work went extremely well, and they were attentive to every detail. They returned several times to be sure the area was cleaned up and any minor details were corrected. Spartan also services our pool weekly much to my satisfaction."

"<p>It took a few weeks for them to get here because of prior commitments but once they arrived they were here on time every day and were very pleasant to have working here. J.L has over 35 years experience and this really shows, he also has all the equipment to make the job go very fast and efficient. Overall I am very pleased with the service. If I had one gripe it would be that his original estimate was a little low. However in his defense this was probably the first vinyl fence he constructed and vinyl fences are quite expensive compared to the cheap wooden fences and there was some miscommunication between the supplier of the fencing and J.L.. </p> <p>In conclusion J.L Owens is a great landscaping service probably one of the very best there is. Just be prepared to spend a few thousand dollars more than the estimate. </p> <br />"
