"I called four numbers to repair our furnace and got a busy signal, a message, or detailed automated instructions. When I called Samâ  s I got a real person who was happy to talk with me. The technician Randy was at our home in less than an hour and a half and did a detailed diagnosis of the problems that we were having. He was pleasant and professional and even made sure that he didnâ  t get any water on my floor because his boots were covered with snow. He was honest and didnâ  t try to take advantage of us. This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair in our home where we have lived for 30 years."
