"My pool heater broke on Friday and I searched for pros quickly. I realized that most pool companies don’t work on the weekends but I tried. I sent a request for an estimate to replace my pool heater but needed it to be completed on Monday. The owner of Affordable Solar and Pool Heating replied on Saturday and provided me with an estimate and scheduled the replacement on Monday. The tech, Henry came on Monday. He was one hour earlier and replaced the heater. He was very knowledgeable, Courteous , neat and took the time to explain everything he had done upon completing the replacement. It was a great experience and I was extremely happy with the results. Their work ethics or great and they are very focus on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company."

"Michael worked so hard to make my pool and deck surface beautiful. He installed two beautiful water fall features and worked tirelessly to make sure they were just right. The pool was resurfaced with a pebble surface and the deck was totally done with new pavers. It took longer than expected, but with finding good workers after Covid, that was to be expected. "My experience with Responsible Pools was nothing short of wonderful, throughout. Dean was prompt, pleasant and thorough with our initial communications, even responding after hours. He arrived the next day, and thoroughly accessed my current pool system setup, then spent a LOT of time explaining detailed various options for me (my "setup" request was a very unique, unusual one). He was honest and instead of trying to upsell, he recommended a smaller unit, suggesting the larger one would be "overkill" for my small pool. The quote for the exact same equipment, warranty and labor (actually, more detailed-labor) was MUCH more competitive and fair as compared to the other companies I'd considered. Upon project initiation, Brandon was on time and did an incredible job with a very challenging, unique pump system setup. The system is generating power, with all panels performing equally well. It will take some time to learn how much to expect with cloudy days, and shorter winter days vs. summer sun, but it appears to be operating as expected.
