"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"Yes, one day install conversion from tank electric to tankless gas with water softener"

"Service people are excellent in their profession in what they do. Just under 2 1/2 hours they taken the old water tank out and replaced with the new water tank with new copper pipe connections."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"I moved into my 30+ year old townhouse and wanted to replace the furnace before it quit on me. I called a few places and chose Boston Standard because they were the most responsive, explained my options in the clearest manner, and offered to take care of all rebates and credits for me. I was not disappointed! They team was incredibly polite, they showed up when they said they would, and the pricing was exactly as quoted. The guys even wore shoe covers in my house - an extra step I have never seen another contractor of any sort do. Given the experience I also used them for a water heater replacement and dishwasher install, and they service the furnace for me. Their reliability is fantastic and I appreciate how straightforward the pricing is."

"He installed a very good faucet and it was working properly now."

"MA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional (especially the painting team) who we grew to love! We will certainly use them for future house projects."

"They were the first to give us a quote and were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Installation was smooth, and they have been good at following up to make sure the system is working. Because our radon is still slightly high, they are doing another radon test and will follow up if it comes back high yet again. We would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Jacob arrived ahead of schedule and helped set up a short term solution to keep the water level down around our sump pump until installation of a new replacement could happen later in the week"
