He installed a new thermostat for no charge and alerted me to a potential water heater problem. Without any pressure involved he recommended replacement and provided me with a replacement quote for the water heater they installed a little over 10 years ago. I will definitely keep using Sila."

We set up an appointment, and he showed up on-time and ready to go to work. Two hours later, I had a brand new hot water heater professionally installed and it was very reasonably priced based on quotes I had received from other contractors..."

"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
