"Michael Leonard was assigned the warrantee service call. He came on time and was organized, knowledgeable and very professional. He installed a new thermostat for no charge and alerted me to a potential water heater problem. Without any pressure involved he recommended replacement and provided me with a replacement quote for the water heater they installed a little over 10 years ago. I will definitely keep using Sila."

"Great service at an affordable price. Had a new water heater installed. Felt confident in the selection of the water heater and the workmanship. Work completed in a high quality way at about half the price others quoted."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Did a great job but then told me he had to clean it much more than he originally planned and added another $25. Their office told me it would cost $250 which is already quite high when I usually pay $200 max. Then he wanted to service my water heater with an annual flush for hundreds of dollars. I have never had one for the past 7 years since the water isn't hard and I don't expect to need one for the next 7 years."

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"
