Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"The guys who came to do the installation were wonderful, very nice and professional. The only problem is that I really didn't notice any difference in the before and after. My garage doors are still so loud that if I'm in my bedroom (above the garage) they scare me every time they open. I'm just not sure there was any way for them to improve the sound - I guess I wish there had been more discussion the install or follow up afterwards.

"It went great. They showed up on time worked very hard and finished within the time frame of the coupon I had purchased. I would have used them for another job or two but they were booked up and told me that up front. I would rather have them say that then tell me they could do it and not show up, as others I have tried to work with. They worked hard and still had time to be pleasant and gave me some good free advise as to how to proceed with the job. I would recommend them and wish I knew them when I took down the paper in my bathroom. Now all my wallpaper is gone.

"The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.
