"Don and his crew arrived at 7:00am and worked non-stop through Wednesday and into Thursday morning. It was a fairly big job, with an eight car driveway and walkway to the house being completely redone. The crew removed all the old asphalt, laid down and rolled a new fine rock base, paved the first coat of asphalt on Wednesday and paved the top coat of asphalt on Thursday morning.  I had concerns about a curve in the old driveway, its width, and drainage in the walkway area.  Don listened to all my concerns and confidently said that he would take care of everything.  The cost estimate was so reasonable that I had the entire driveway straightened to almost three cars wide.  After the driveway was completed, on a very rainy day I watched the rain draining perfectly down the driveway away from the garage doors and the entrance to the house. "I had done some research on waterproofing our basement back in 2015 which is when I first met Jason at Drycrete. The cost of a French drain is never cheap and we decided to wait and hold off. Compared to any of the other 3 companies we looked at Jason was the only one who was not a sleazy sales guy just trying to get a sale. He is the owner is actually there on the job with his crew getting the work done which is what we want to see. We want to have the owner there inspecting the work before the concrete goes in. Jason is very knowledgeable and advised us that he can put in just a sump pump but can see that it wouldn't alleviate the water issue. Matter of fact coming back later to attach a French drain would make it more expensive. He was willing to go either way but the fact that there was no pressuring on his part was really reassuring. He and his team came out for half a day one day to start the job and were very clean and courteous of our brick patio ensuring that no cement or residue stains were left behind. He explained how the french drain works and how to monitor its output. One thing which was great was the fact that it was raining quite a bit in the days prior to the install so we were able to see the pump at work. In addition the pump that Jason installed monitors the output daily and if it ever kicks in to the back up battery. So far we are very pleased! I haven't seen any water come into the house and hopefully this will allow us to get our basement done soon"
