"They did a fantastic job putting down a new vinyl-plank floor in the basement, as well as repairing sections of the drywall and painting the walls, doors, and frames/moldings. They even replaced the handrail on the stairs that was falling out of the wall with a new one that they were able to match to the color of the floor. "I contacted Peter of Pantec Engineering regarding a couple of items. First, to review the structural integrity of my newly constructed Brooklyn condo recently purchased, which came back fine. The second was following a flood in my finished basement after a tropical storm in June 2021.
