"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks. The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price. "Jason and Henry crawled  through a very unpleasant 3' space between our first and second floor to find out that there was a double ptrap install and the vent line just venting into open space. They corrected the plumbing, installed a studer cap and brought everything upto code (fixing the bad smell) problem. <br> <br>I really appreciate there willingness to belly craw into a tight space to solve the problem without having to cut a hole in the celling. <br> <br>They came in just under what they estimated it to cost.
