Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. "Aces four was several thousand less than other estimates. The work went very well, with some minor delays, and the team did a good job of cleaning up the trenches etc. they had to dig to reline the sewer. They were very kind and patient with my 4 year old boy (letting him ride in the excavator machine and take pictures). Good human beings, and they did good work. Highly recommended. There was some very minor delay in the process due to some employee sickness, but overall I was extremely happy with everything."

He reminded me that these instances are why home owners have insurance. So a PROFESSIONAL took over and quickly went to work with a very knowlegable and friendly crew. If aanother disaster happens again believe me the first thing I would do is call a professional and that would be SAN DIEGO WATER DAMAGE"

"I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout."

"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

He highly recommended the hydro clean, and I am planning to schedule that sooner rather than later.  Everyone I spoke with at Hagee was fabulous.  Thank you Caleb and Hagee team.

"Kairos is owned and run by women which we appreciated when we worked with them as two women.  They were punctual, and communicative, and also just great people that I was happy and comfortable with having in my home.  All of the staff are experts in many skills, and they have extended experts- i.e. a journeyman electrician- on staff to help/consult if they run in to anything hairy at your hours- ours is old, and of course this happened.  They also educated me so that in the future I could do a lot of these jobs myself, or even related jobs based on the same skills.  When we ran in to things, I never felt like they were short cutting, or anything that would compromise the quality of the work, and rather that they were going out of their way to make sure that the work was done in a way that they would want done in their own homes.  I'd definitely use them again, and I know it'd be a great job, with some great women.

The fact that they have a showroom with a great selection of materials (cabinetry, tiles, hardware, flooring) that they know to be high quality is a huge time and worry-saver. If you choose something from their showroom you know it will be good quality. The designers worked with us to figure out what we wanted and helped us select the materials. They are organized, professional and kept our project moving along. The general contractor on our project kept us informed of the schedule and posted it on our wall. They kept the work area neat throughout the time when work was going on. They made changes as needed. They stuck to the contracted price. Kitchen Plus has longstanding relationships with vendors such as Distinctive Glass for shower enclosures which is helpful. If we do another project, we will call Kitchen Plus again."
