EW even custom designed a new look. Frank encourages the customer to be involved through the whole process even allowing changes through the process they arrived every day at 8am and gave us a full day. They didn't rush and took the time for perfection. They fixed any. Little nick at the end of we had a problem. We Han 2 big issues a scratched baluster and a corner needed some sanding. I'm sure they added over 20,000 to my value. Boy did we and ANGIES list make a great choice. I included some pics of my once embarrassment of a deck. I emailed and left a voicemail to see if the estimate was ready. He said that he had emailed it. (I did not receive it) He said he would email it again. Then he left a message saying that he was having some type of computer problem. He finally emailed an estimate on 8/23. After thinking over the cost, I emailed him on 8/25 saying that we accepted the offer. I have yet to hear back from him. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and do not feel comfortable doing business with this company."
