"We are extremely satisfied with the plumbing work that Juan completed for us. He did several projects including installing a tankless water heater, opening a new drain line for a washing machine, install garbage disposer, and install bathroom fixtures. Juan is very professional, always showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. He was also very helpful with every phase of the city permit process . I highly recommend Juan for plumbing work. I will never use another plumber. Juan is the best!"

"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."
