My name is Gary Tallman, and I am a semi-retired General Construction Remodeling Contractor of 35 years to Eastern Iowa. We are the home of the perfect install. A few years ago I decided to slow down a little and to simplify things a bit. We did this by narrowing our business advertising focus to primarily market for the repair and replacement of residential and commercial doors, windows, and skylights. We offer all services for property management, maintenance, repair and remodeling of homes and mobile homes.. Mullen's is a family owned business. We have been serving Linn County and the surrounding area for over 15 years.\n We offer free estimates on any home maintenance, repair and remodeling.\nOnce the estimate is approved, we will then sign a contract and ask for half the estimate down, and remaining balance when work is completed, and the home owner approves the work completed.\n Service repair calls are $50.00 for the trip out to the home.\n Mullen's do not sub-contract any work out. We are a business that sub-contracts as well as our own private work. We have been in business for 21 years. We are a small family owned business and take pride in our work. I started building houses in 2012 by starting with my own house first. We don't like to push people into things they don't need and we don't sell just one kind of product. If you have something in mind from a certain place that you want, we will work with you on that. We only take cash or check. Since we are such a small business we are not set up with financing or credit cards. Sorry for the inconvenience.
