"Company's technician, Chris, arrived promptly the following morning after service call was requested. He was polite, courteous and very thorough in determining the necessary repair. Made repair the following day after obtaining replacement refrigerant coil. Very pleased with repair and competency of technician. Technician did not try to sell us a new system, but replaced only what was needed to repair/restore the cooling system. Will use again."

"I am better informed about air conditioning than most homeowners and occasionally do my own repairs. However this was for a new installation. Excel did great work. SIlviu is a pleasure to deal with, gives the straight facts, and does not oversell. I recommend Excel without reservation."

"Had service done on my 3 year old ac That two other companies said was no good to repair because they said the compressor was broken But airmetrix was able to fix it in 40 minutes and it?s been running perfect Love this company they are ethical and well priced"

"Great service 10 stars I needed a service for my unit and I called Holmes cooling and heating and they got right back to me. Not only that they came same day and the owner personally serviced my unit he walked me through. He was extremely friendly and answered all my questions . I can't recommend them enough If you need cooling or heating repair or install Holmes is your best choice ."

"Great guy. Checked everything but nothing critical to replace. Came within an hour. Will definitely call him when I need an A/C guy!"

"The day after we got electricity back on after Hurricane Irma we were welcomed with an air conditioner that would not cool. Prestige arrived a few hours after calling them on a busy Sunday and quickly assessed the problem. By Monday morning comfort had returned. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit." In this case the unit was installed 14 years ago and it was truly time to move on. Prestige gave me a great price on a unit and got it installed right away. The workers were professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work and respected the company and owner. As a nice bonus, the new unit also came with a free preventive maintenance visit within the first year. I definitely recommend them and would use them again."

"I got the best price and service from this company. they were professional and very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. We are very satisfied with the process and the end result."

"I was told by another A/C company that my evaporator coil was bad and there was a small difference between the cost to replace the entire system & they could install a new one faster. True Quality came out and found a minor problem and made the repair for less than $200 on the same day!! I am now referring them to friends and neighbors!! THANK YOU TRUE QUALITY!!"
