"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"My old water heater started to leak bad and I felt that it was time to replace the unit. I called Water Heaters Only and the process from start to end was great. Customer service over the phone was cordial and professional. The two reps, Mike and Mario that came to look at the old unit were also professional. They were knowledgable and educated me as much as possible on a tankless option. I immediately felt comfortable working with them and decided to move forward with the installation/replacement. The process only took a few hours. "From the sales consultant, Glenn Smith, to the installers, everything was handled professionally and promptly.  Glenn took the time to explain all the details of converting our old and unnecessary dual systems into a more efficient and less costly comfort system, with zoning features and duct revisions.  There was no sales pressure and all questions were answered and even various independent financing options were provided.  Found him very frank and upfront in his presentation--rare these days. 

The price and warranty terms were much better than the leading outfit that advertises profusely in the desert--over 50% less expensive and longer labor and parts warranties.  Installation was scheduled promptly and service was impeccable.  One of their technicians spent time programming and explaining the high tech thermostats and even set us up for online monitoring of the system for the future.   Timo's followed up subsequently to insure smooth operations and to inquire of any issues or questions. They also coordinated an independent duct testing after installation as required by state law.

The system has been operating for over a  month now, switching automatically between heating and air conditioning.  It has been effortless, extremely quiet and very efficient.   The most noticeable aspect of the entire project is the consistency in temperatures now, with no annoying and uncomfortable degree lags and swings. The variable speeds and high efficiency maintains temperature control and reduces energy costs. We are very happy we made the switch and even more so that we chose this vendor out of the three we obtained bids from.
