After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "My old water heater started to leak bad and I felt that it was time to replace the unit. I called Water Heaters Only and the process from start to end was great. Customer service over the phone was cordial and professional. The two reps, Mike and Mario that came to look at the old unit were also professional. They were knowledgable and educated me as much as possible on a tankless option. I immediately felt comfortable working with them and decided to move forward with the installation/replacement. The process only took a few hours. Unfortunately, the leak has caused damage to the adjacent drywall and living room floor that I need to remedy next but I now have a brand spankin' new tankless unit!"

"We live in the desert and the temperatures are begin to rise indicating that indeed summer is on its way!  Friday night we came home to discover that our air conditioner was only blowing hot air through out the house.  We called Timo's and we were told that a technician would contact us shortly. Since it was 9:30 at night we did not expect a call back, but within 15 mins we received a phone call asking us if the technician could do the repairs the next day. We agreed and the next day we received a phone call from Chris tell us that he was on his way.  He completed the repairs and restored our air conditioning!  Thanks Chris and Timo's for a reliable company that always gives great service!"
