"Very fast service, very knowledgeable and reasonable prices. Excellent quality work and company. We stopped getting cold air from our vents on Memorial day. We call in the evening and they had someone come out in the morning. Colin was excellent and he diagnosed our issue fast and everything was up and running in less than 20 minutes. He replaced our capacitor. Thank you!!!!"

"Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!"
