"This is a top rate company! I needed someone immediately to come out to our condo. as we had a leak on the outside of of our home, it was coming from a pipe under our unit and Courtney was ON IT! I had 2 amazing gentlemen come out and they fixed it in an hour. They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to remedy the problem. "I had this company re-pipe my manufactured home in Palmetto. I had the original pipe removed and replaced totally. The technicians Mike and Jeff were quiet, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all questions and explained thoroughly the plan and at the end of the first day cleaned up their job site. The second day they explained everything again and their plan for that day. It took 2 days to complete, very unobtrusive and professional. High quality workmanship and I am so happy I chose this company. One little hiccup was I needed my laundry tub faucets replaced, a total of $39 on top of original quote. Definitely would have no hesitation in recommending Richards Plumbing and Electric. Thanks for a great job."
