The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."

We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called for service and appointment was for the next day. Service person showed up on time. The problem was found (bad micro switch) and a zone valve motor/actuator was replaced. The whole process was completed in 30 minutes. They give senior citizens a discount. Yea! I would use them again for other problems or maintenance."
