I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

Throughout the process, I was assured that the company would not rest until the system pressure was inside the manufacturers specs. "I called Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating Saturday morning. The alternate heat was not kicking in so the house was not staying warm. David called me later in the day to let me know when he would be arriving at the house. Since I have a maintenance plan with Spencer, the visit was 89.00 instead of 150.00. He was very thorough in testing all the components to make sure that they each worked when manually turned on. I have a Nest thermostat. After he had determined that the thermostat was not sending a single to turn on the alternate heat. Together we went through the programming and realized that it had been set up incorrectly. It had been set up for a dual heat which is why it was not sending a signal to the alternate heat source. Once we reprogrammed the Nest thermostat for a single heat source, I was turned the heat up way up and he was in the ceiling and confirmed that each time I did that, the heat bars would kick on and start heating the air. He was patient and thorough in testing each component to make sure each one was working."
