"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. "The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"It was excellent. They gave me a bid and it was excellent. They had to install a new furnace flue because of the conflicting unit with the existing gas water heater. That was quite an extensive job because of the gable on the high-pitched roof we have on the house. They were excellent in getting up there to do everything they needed to do. They installed the unit in one day and took out the old unit. I was very satisfied with their service and the price and their follow up. I would absolutely use them again."

"They did very good work and were very professional and also explained all the work that was done. I noticed after they were finished and left our house that there was a crack in the ceiling of our second floor hallway which was under where they were cleaning in the attic. I sent them a picture of the damage. That evening a manager called me, apologized and then sent someone out to f ix the damage which was done in a such a good way that you could never tell that anything happened. This is the true test of a firm when they deliver in situations like this."

"I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"

"You might think that pride, high quality work and a professional attitude are lost in today's marketplace, but they are alive and well at All Weather Heating and Cooling. Joe and Ryan did a beautiful job in the new installation. Joe ( one of the owners) fabricated a large amount of duct work and everything fit together with surgical precision. Ray (also an owner) spent a lot of time educating me and answering my questions about why Carrier should be my product of choice. I could not be more pleased. As weather permits, All Weather will install a 3&1/2 ton Carrier heat pump. Can't wait to again see their skills and professionalism in action. I can recommend All Weather without hesitation.
