"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"Their quote was very reasonable and their sales person acted very professional. They met with me within 2 to 3 days after my initial call to them.  I didn't choose this company since they only dealt with Trane and Rheem units. We chose to go with Carrier units which Lakewood Furnace & Air Conditioning uses exclusively.
I would recommend New Image Heating & Cooling if we wanted Trane or Rheem units.

"I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"

Joe and Ryan did a beautiful job in the new installation. Joe ( one of the owners) fabricated a large amount of duct work and everything fit together with surgical precision. Ray (also an owner) spent a lot of time educating me and answering my questions about why Carrier should be my product of choice. I could not be more pleased.
