"On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."

This included demolition, rebuilding with new concrete blocks, installation of drainage system including pipes and gravel, and clean up. Their work exceeded expectations. "Able to set up appointment promptly for the afternoon of call. Discussed replacement of 15 year old air conditioner and best way to proceed. Technician was very helpful and answered all questions. When Gorganc was contacted to set up appointment for the Technician who will eval system for best replacement unit, the office personnel stated we shouldn't need the annual service agreement because we will have a new unit. She refunded our payment. Who does that? Very happy with what seems to be a very professional company."
