Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"I called Joe twice. First I hired him to change the fixtures of my shower. The shower is old so it wasn't something I could do. He did a great job. The guy's a master plumber, licensed and all. Second, about a month later I had a leak and water leaking from the shower arm into my wall. I called JOE and he showed up an hour later and fixed it! As always, this was not a simple job due to the fact it's an old bathroom but Joe got it done. Quality work with exceptionally reasonable prices from a master plumber. Nice guy too. I'll be calling again for all my issues."

"We chose Superior Kitchens to completely remodel our kitchen (finished in 2015) because of their high rating, professionalism in providing a complete quote, and examples of their beautiful floor design work. They were not the cheapest vendor we considered, but remember that old saying: you get what you pay for. Superior provided excellent project management: costs controlled carefully, schedule maintained despite inevitable delays by unforeseen hiccups (supplier delays, sub-flooring needed replacement, etc.), and addressed any questions/quality issues/changes requested by the fussy home owner (me) after the project began. All the members of their team, and the subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, painters) involved in the project were responsible and pleasant. Our friends love our new kitchen, and our most comment compliments concern the fantastic flooring design. After the job ended, we asked them to quote and replace all the vinyl flooring in the kids’ bathrooms, our mudroom hallway, and laundry room, as well as update a small bathroom. Their prices for these jobs were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them to any homeowner who wants to remodel, and would hire these wonderful people again. And again."

"I have been using these guys for several years now for plumbing, heating, and A/C. I just had another visit with them for annual maintenance/cleaning (FREE as part of my service plan). As always, the technician was friendly, eager to share her knowledge, super careful of our schedules and impact on the condo, appropriately communicative and best of all went above and beyond the call of duty by repairing without additional charge some wiring that had gone astray (costing her an extra half hour on site). Loved her! Boston Standard has not let me down yet -- pretty expensive but so worth it. Completely free of the contractor hassles people are always complaining about. "Priscilla was very professional and candid. She did not beat about the bush, told us what they were going to do and how much time the painting was going to take. She helped me to choose the beautiful color for our walls, she also was very considerate of our retired couple situation and gave us the best possible price. Once we reached an agreement contract was drawn to everybody's satisfaction. Two days after this the painters were in our house on the time that was set. Priscilla was in our house even before the painters, helping me to put away knickknacks out of the way in cartons, she was very helpful. The painters were very professional and very respectful. They worked hard not wasting time and very cheerfully. they completed the job in three days and not four as we thought. They have done a beautiful painting job.
