Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

"The process from beginning to end was incredible. Vanny came over and discussed my very general idea of what I was looking to do and helped me make those plans more concrete. The quote he provided was reasonable and the project cost was exactly what was quoted. What stood out to me the most was the quality of work done. No corners were cut - if something was being built from scratch, it was done correctly....if something that was being renovated was less than ideal (existing walls/studs out of plumb, uneven flooring, etc) it was made as correct as possible before the work was done. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"Top notch vikki had her guys here asap to check my old a/c unit out when the tech said it was gone that Monday the appraiser came out 2 days after that had quote and a week after that install in 1 day .
