PVC drainage pipe was accidently knocked off, fixed plus inspected filter which I didn't know needs to be changed every year. First, Sears came over,  thought there was a bird in the pipe and charged us $80 for nothing. 
I was so impressed with JML!  When we first talked on the phone, he knew exactly what the problem was from the brand of the water heater and the symptoms.   JML ordered the part and was so quick to come and repair it and he added  refrigerant  to our air conditioner which is working perfectly now.  The $250 seemed so reasonable for fixing two problems, quickly and with knowledge beyond other experiences. Our friends will be calling him soon for a leak, he is our new guy!
