"Friendly, great, punctual service at a reasonable price. Quella was very friendly. She asked the right questions to ensure we would get what we needed/wanted and expected. The price was within the quoted estimate and included the water heater, installation, city permit cost, and haul away of the old water heater. I contacted HomeAdvisor requesting quotes early Tuesday morning and the new water heater was installed by 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. The Water Heaters Now team lived up to their promises."

"I was looking to possibly replace my water heater. It is old but functions fine and I have no problems. After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."
