At the visit we were given the condition of our central air system. It was leaking coolant. Mark Franks, the owner, gave us options. We chose to replacement. That done he told us he saw that there was a veterans discount. That said much to me of integrity. He walked through what to expect. His crew was prompt, personable and professional.
