"The Guys from First Thought Plumbing were AWESOME!! I had been having issues with the water pressure at my house , and was getting very little water out of all my fixtures. I knew that my house was in need of a re-piped for quite awhile, but i had been putting it off in fear of how expensive it would be. Kenny from First Thought Plumbing explained to me what was going on with my plumbing and that i definitely needed to re-pipe my house he explained that my galvanize pipes were constricted due to calcium building up in the pipes from over the many years. He was careful to explain what needed to be done and why and approached work with a positive attitude. The job involved replacing some valves on an exterior faucet set on copper pipes. Afterward, he noticed that the house water pressure was high and found that the regulator was not working so I had him replace that. "We had a 50-gallon gas heater that started leaking, and we needed to get it replaced urgently. I submitted an online request, and they literally called me within 10 seconds! They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!!"

Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."
