"One of the springs on one of my two garage doors broke. I decided to replace both springs on both doors. On the first visit he did not have the right spring for replacement. The following week he came and replaced all 4 springs. Later I noticed that the safety cable did not go through the last loop in one of the springs so I called him. He came back within a week and fixed that. He did not charge until the work was fully done and did not charge for repeated visits. The final price was the lowest among the 3 or 4 places I called and exactly within initial estimate. He was always professional. He always either picked up the phone or called back shortly after I had left a voicemail. <br />"

"I was provided a pre-Estimate (Invoice) prior to scheduling. We easily agreed upon a date of service/Installation. Prior to installation, a while back when I had my old garage door repaired-by Fagan---- a salesperson assessed my current door, informed me that I probably was due for a New Door---BUT No High Pressure!--which I really appreciated. The old door repair lasted me about a year, But I always had in the back of my mind that I needed to replace the door. On the day of installation, a team of two arrived. They were prompt, informative, and Very personable. It only took them a few hours to dismantle old garage door & associated parts, And then Install the New Garage Door w/New Remote & Motor. (I decided to replace the whole unit, since the motor, and remote were also old). I was Very happy with their work. They cleaned up after themselves, completely. Most importantly, they were very professional, and had a wonderful attitude. They even went over the instructions for coding (if I needed in the future) for the remote password code. They also ;went over with me when & how to lubricate the metal hinges---And even left me what was left in the bottle! All accompanying manufacturers' paperwork was provided. The new door closes very quietly, and smoothly. It is also attractive! I would definitely recommend Fagan Doors, and would hire again!"

I decided to go with Door system out of 3 bids based on the competitive price, confidence on the finished clearance I will have, and recommendation from a local contractor friend who is in business for more than 50 years and one competitor. Once the deposit was placed, I was contacted the same day for my availability for the door installation. They informed me the installer's name and a two hour time frame a day before installation day John, the installer, arrived on time and started the installation promptly. During the installation, he had concern about a rusted angle iron on the floor and He went above and beyond to help us remove the rusted angle iron which the door seal will have rest on. The finished door is great, we love it!"
