I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, im old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools more than met the challenge.."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"I had JJ Electric come once as part of an Angie's Big Deal voucher and then again. The first time, we installed two light fixtures, one of which we had thought might have wiring issues and replaced our bathroom outlet. We had them come back about a month or so later to change out the rest of the fixtures. In both cases, they were prompt, clear about the work being done, dead on with their price estimate and easy to work with. I'd use them again for sure.

"I reached out to Louis with a time sensitive request to take a look at a pool which was located on a property I was considering purchasing. Despite being fully booked Louis made the time to stop by the property and provide me with an honest assessment of the pool as well as items I should watch out for. It was clear from working with him that Louis has developed a deep expertise in this area due to his years of experience and will certainly look to work with him further in the future."

"Finally - a service technician who is competent, does what he says he's going to do and charges a fair price for it! I had been looking for someone to fix our jacuzzi bath tub for awhile and had had no luck finding someone through Jacuzzi, so I checked out Angie's List and found House of Spas.  Based on the reviews, I gave them a call.  Troy got back to me promptly; we set up an appointment; he came when he said he would and determined that we needed a new pump.  He told me that he would order one and then call me when it came in, and left without asking for any payment.   After a week or so -- I don't remember exactly how long but it was what you would expect in terms of getting a new part -- he called to tell me the pump was in and we set up the installation appointment.  He returned when he said he would with another technician, they installed the pump, and the jacuzzi has been working fine ever since. Troy charged me $400 for the pump, $95 for the initial service call and $100 for the labor to install the pump/check for leaks, etc., all of which seemed fair to me, especially considering the distance he traveled to do the work.  He accepted a 10% Angie's List coupon, so that brought the total down to $535.50, with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I would definitely recommend House of Spas."
