"Jordan was terrific. He came on a Sunday and did a wonderful job. He contacted me several times by phone to provide information about the water heater to replace, in spite off several email mistakes on my part. He arrived when he said he would. and did the most professional job installing the new water heater, removing the old one, an cleaning up. I highly recommend him."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job. Rebecca followed up with a call to check in on our experience with Quarry and confirmed that they'd forward any warranty information upon receipt. Very professional from start to finish! We won't hesitate using them again for any future issues we may have. "

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"Blanchard Plumbing Services could not have been any better to do business with. They are an awesome company! They came out same day to check my old water heater because it was leaking. Told me right away that they would have another water heater in place the next day. Gave me a totally reasonable quote I didn’t hesitate at all. They were here at 8:00am by 3:00PM (one glitch because it was installed in my mobile home the first water heater didn’t fit it was to wide) but no problem they got another new water heater within an hour to my home now my new water heater is installed and working exactly like they said they would. I could not say enough about how professional all the plumbers I talked to were!! I would have Blanchard Plumbing Services, Inc come back for any future plumbing work I need to be done and I would recommend them 100%. Denise Plouffe"
