We have hired him twice now, to sort out a flooded basement (care of the City of Baltimore & their contractor, Spiniello), and then to retrofit all the horizontal pipes in our row home. Not only did he and his team solve our issues, but they made it look good. Because we had already had him out to solve a 1400 dollar flood problem the city blamed us for (and which later turned out to be their fault but they are not willing to pay for), he offered us this super low rate to get all the rest* upgraded (*all the main branches had been upgraded already, namely the verticals to the second floor). Johns original quote was for 1250 to do all the horizontals, so since i had him there i asked if he could run gas to our stove. Because of our recent purchases from him and since he was already there, he ran all the gas and got me two (all you need is one) gas cut off valves for an additional 150 bucks.

"Glenoak came out to reinstall a toilet that had been leaking .  While there, they noticed a leak from the pressure tank, which needed to be replaced.  They went out for the part w/o charging us for that time or travel.  Unfortunately, the replacement part didn?t work, and ultimately they had to replace the entire toilet.  They fixed a small gas pipe leak near our furnace while there, too.
