Your plumbing problem becomes our problem to solve.\n\nThat’s not just a tagline, it’s how we operate. When you call GOFLOW, you’re getting a team that knows this area, knows plumbing, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.\n\nWe’re not a franchise. We’re not a call center routing you to whoever’s available. We’re a local company built by plumbers who got tired of watching customers get treated like transactions instead of people.

"Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."

"Oak Plumbing did excellent work and is very expensive. The guy, Zachary, they sent was very nice at first. He was here approximately 3to 4 hours and our bill was 2,000.00. We felt that was a bit expensive. Zachary was nice but he never pumped water through the washing machine to check if his work fixed our leak or there were other problems. Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."

"Our plumber was very professional. He fixed our issue and made sure everything was clean and working. I would highly recommend."

"I would echo most of what I have read in the reviews about Brian. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. Though he is a bit on the expensive side, I believe he is well worth it. An honest, experienced plumber is like money in the bank as far as I'm concerned. Because, while I could have found someone less expensive, experience has shown me that when it comes to plumbers, you definitely get what you pay for. And Brian is worth every penny."

"I had a leak in a pipe in the radiant heating pipes in the slab under my house. James was able to isolate the leak and re plumb my system without cutting a hole in the slab. He and his crew did some great creative plumbing that took care of the leak and separated the unused radiant system from my household plumbing and they even installed a new tankless heater in a single days work.. I recommend James and Bowen Plumbing without reservation. They are the Best!"
