"Mike was quick to respond when we had water damage in our lower level. A full team came right out and got to work finding and repairing the problem, moving everything out of the water-logged area, pulling up the carpet and taking out the wet pad, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. They came back later and put everything back together including restoring insulation, drywall, carpet and paint. They worked diligently and you would never know that we had had a problem. It was an expensive process, and we have no way of comparing their price to anyone else s, but the work had to be done quickly and they came through for us."

"They told me there was no water damage in my crawl space area while 3 other companies said there was this is a Great Company. My problem is finding a company to sanitized my crawl space area can you help me with that?"

"I recently faced the unfortunate situation of a flooded basement, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by DryShield Restoration. From the moment I contacted them, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. They arrived promptly and assessed the situation with expertise, explaining every step of the process to ensure I was well-informed. Their equipment was top-notch, and they worked efficiently to remove the water and mitigate any further damage. The transparency, attention to detail and thoroughness in their work was evident, and I felt reassured with everything they told me (in layman’s terms because I’m not handy at all). What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address my concerns, provided valuable advice on preventing future issues, and followed up to ensure everything was in order. Thanks to DryShield Restoration, my basement is now better than before the flood."

"Iâ ve worked with Watermark twice and have been 100% satisfied both times. The crews have been outstanding to work with and left the work areas very clean. The project leader was easy to reach. All questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction."

"My husband and I purchased our craftsman home about six months ago, and while we absolutely love its character, we knew that meant taking on a few repairs along the way (ew). From the very beginning, the experience was fantastic. Andrew, our technician, was truly exceptional. During the estimate process, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly informative. He walked us through everything we could expect during the job from noise and dust to the possibility of additional repairs like drywall or tile so there were no surprises. That level of transparency was so appreciated for two first time home owners! Scheduling was quick and seamless. And the results? Absolutely immaculate. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn?t be more pleased, even if the dogs weren't thrilled at the sounds (lol)! Afterwards, Andrew was kind enough to discuss the warranties and paperwork for the parts with me! A huge thank you to Andrew and Mr. Pipey for making this an easy process!"

"Customer service and professionalism was excellent. I hired because I had an odor in my office coming from the vent and am not able to work in it due to the smell. Paid extra for deodorizing. The smell went away for a few days, but then returned. I did call the owner who indicated he would see what else could be done to remedy the smell. I believe they do good work, I just think I called the wrong people for the type of work that was really needed. I should have called heating & duct work professionals. The price was reasonable as well."

"Ryan and his team were excellent to work with. They were thorough and efficient and the communication was on point. I highly recommend working with RestoPros!"

"Ray and Matt were great! Came out quickly and worked with us for longer then expected thanks to recurring water coming in. They stuck it out with us and were very patient to make sure the job was done right!"

"Very nice job. Bathtub looks brand new."
