A full team came right out and got to work finding and repairing the problem, moving everything out of the water-logged area, pulling up the carpet and taking out the wet pad, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. They came back later and put everything back together including restoring insulation, drywall, carpet and paint. They worked diligently and you would never know that we had had a problem. It was an expensive process, and we have no way of comparing their price to anyone else s, but the work had to be done quickly and they came through for us."

The smell went away for a few days, but then returned. I did call the owner who indicated he would see what else could be done to remedy the smell. I believe they do good work, I just think I called the wrong people for the type of work that was really needed. I should have called heating & duct work professionals. The price was reasonable as well."
