"I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was. "When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
