"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. "Fixed & Fair replaced our chimney from the roofline up. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Every review I read was terrific for Score Construction and because of that I called, met Janusz Z who is the Owner and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I started with 2 bathrooms that were necessary to do because of water damage. I was thrilled with the work done, the care of how it was done by the workers that were both professional and respectful. A year later a major renovation for my apartment was considered and I called Score Construction. Not only did the renovation to my apartment turn out fabulous and I'm happy every day that I wake up and see how beautiful it is, but they also did major work to the outside of our building - replacing the cornice, roof repair, pointing of bricks, structurally reinforcing all 16 windows which was no easy task for a 100 year old building, but they got it done.
