There is a rattle in the system which they have agreed to repair. Overall, it was a good experience and was completed within a few days. I definitely will request their service again when needed. "Ali was my serviceman for today. He was absolutely wonderful. While I am not happy about paying an unexpected bill to fix my AC unit, however, I am extremely happy that Ali was my tech. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and my options in repair work. He fixed what he could to get my ac up and running so that I could have cooler air rather than sitting in an 80+ degree home! He also explained that I have 1 month to contact them w/my decision on a permanent fix and at that time I will NOT be charged another $99 service call fee. "This review is for my 4/4/22 annual AC check, I know that some may be skeptical that I gave CCC 5 stars but the company deserves it. I purchased a Daikin 5 ton heat pump from CCC on June 5, 2018 and I am very satisfied with the product but more so with the techs they have sent and the office staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about their role and professional when speaking with me. Other A/C companies should take a few lessons from CCC – they showed up on time, got to work immediately, explain what they did, they were courteous, respectful and cleaned-up everything inside and outside.
