"I had an urgent problem as naturally my Air Conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year when we had guests. The company immediately answered the phone (no voicemail needed). Rachael was very personable on the telephone, took my details and then called back within 5 minutes to confirm the schedule for my last minute appointment. I received a text from the company 20 minutes before the allotted time as promised to confirm that the technician was en route. Diego and his team arrived exactly on time. Diego was courteous and professional. Having found the issues Diego, informed me of the costs before I gave him the green light to proceed with the work. All work was completed as swiftly as possible, and I would recommend this service."

"Sal from ABC Cooling and Heating came a day after I called the company (I got an appointment with them 5 minutes after sending the email requesting an appointment). He was professional and pleasant. He explained to me how to clean the filters in my furnace and how to install them back in place, thus saving me $200. I appreciated his advice, as I really didn't want to spent that money on him simply just washing the filters, a do-it-yourself job, if the home owner is able to do it. At the end, we were able to replace a bad capacitator and figure out that the compressor worked just fine with this new part. I paid $234 for the capacitator, $59 for the home visit and labor and got 10% off as a member of Angie's list. I am not sure if it was a good price or not for the capacitator (I didn't check prices online), but I was perfectly happy with the job and Sal. I think that $59 was a good price for the labor, considering that you have to pay this fee anyways for the diagnostic/home visit."

"The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."
