"On February 5,2026, Billy S. & Norman T. came out to my house and installed a furnace. They removed the old furnace, cleaned up the old parts and took any trash with them from the job. They also worked on the electrical box. My basement lights randomly stopped working and they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem. We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."

Chimney place in Holly wanted $329 for 1st fireplace and $299 for 2nd fireplace to come out. That price included a mandatory cleaning. Crazy!! Sanford was reasonable, efficient, and friendly.
