"I asked for a service call after looking up his company online. I rec'd an email with a phone number at 11pm at night shortly after sending a request for service. When I did not respond, the serviceman called at 7am and set up an appointment for 8am the same day. He arrived promptly at 8, had everything fixed by 8:10. Very friendly and professional.

"From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. "we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years. They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
