The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. "We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."

"Scheduling the install in the heat of the summer took a bit of time as it was a very busy season for AC repairs/installs, but it was well worth the few extra days wait.  Sam and his staff are extremely professional, yet personal in dealing with customers.  I sought 3 different quotes for my project, and Indoor Air was the most competitive and I felt I got the best guidance on selecting the products that suited the needs of the property.  The guys that did the install worked efficiently and nonstop in the sweltering heat on the day of the install and even corrected an oversight in the project plan to make sure it was done 100% right (and no extra cost to me).

The workers were professional, friendly, and thorough. The installation was the day after July 5th on the July 4th weekend and the company worked us in during a heat wave when we desperately needed air conditioning.
Because babies and the elderly are especially prone to heat related problems the owner of the company was sensitive to our needs.
His workers stayed until 11:30 pm finishing the job after starting early in the morning.
The workers patiently explained how to operate the system and cleaned up well after the job was done.
We would recommend them to anyone needing a central air conditioning/heating unit.

"Just wanted to thank Green Heating Cooling & Electric for coming out when they did. Our heater was not working on a day where the outside temperature was 34 degrees. Called several heating companies but they all couldn't come out until after noon. Then I was fortunate to call Green Heating Cooling & Electric and George told me they can come out in late morning. I agreed but asked if he could find a way to come earlier. He called me back minutes later to tell me they were able to fit us in within the next half hour. I was so thankful for their rescheduling efforts. Then when the servicemen came, they were very professional. Checked the system: water level, damper operation, gas switch, venting, etc. Along the way, they explained what to look for and found that the blocked vent switch triggered and had cut off gas to the heater. Soon, the heater was running again. All in all, great experience and was happy to have called Green Heating Cooling & Electric."
