"Quickly diagnosed the central air conditioning system, and gave an estimate on the cost of recharging the refrigerant in the compressor. The system is a 14 year old Carrier unit. Albert also included some sealant that may plug up the slow leak of refrigerant that occurs every 2 years or so. Albert also, showed me how to adjust the damper to control the flow of air to the second and third floors of the house. The other company that arrived wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair the system or close to $7,000 to replace the AC system with new. I intend to call upon Magna Tech Temp Air, Inc when I'm ready to purchase a new HVAC system. Thanks again for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Well done!!!"

"They did a good job and eventually found a loose wire that fixed everything... But if the original prices quoted had been paid out I would have been pretty sad with their pricing. However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high."

"Had a great experience with Kamal. He is helpful, knowledgable and very dependable. We had a crisis with our old hvac system and were freezing. Kamal was the only one who came within 2 hours on a holiday while others were available only the next day or later. Most were closed that day. I got a great deal on the new SEER16 hvac and have been happy with it. My electric bill has cut down to almost half. Also he offers 2 years of his company’s warranty in addition to the manufacturers 10 year warranty. Highly recommend Kamal and will be using him for future."

The cost to do that on a weekend as an emergency service was not bad. When the replaced water heater still had issues, they dispatched another tech at no additional charge, found the root of the problem, and I was able to get that repaired. I called their office with concerns about the necessity of replacing the heater and they actively worked to address the issue to my satisfaction. I have engaged them for maintenance services for the next two years. I would recommend them, and suggest that you review what was done during any diagnostic service to see if you agree it makes sense before proceeding."
