"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The staff at 24/7 are top-notch professionals in every respect. Aubrey was clear regarding the needed repairs and due to a broken pipe, he rearranged his schedule to enable service restoration the same day the restoration service (Five Star) had completed nearly all the restoration of the crawl space (Aubrey also referred the Restoration Company and coordinated with them--outstanding service!!). Taylor, the Office Manager, kept my wife and me informed every step of the way regarding when the various repairs were about to be performed, etc., etc. She was invaluable to the plumbing team as well as to us, the customers! To top it off, the price charged was far below my expectations, and the work performed by Aubrey and Taylor was exceptional. We will call Taylor for all of our plumbing needs in the future!! "My elderly mother's 25 year old sump pump needed to be replaced and also her old electrical water heater is not working anymore. Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. She gave my mother the best mother's present in her life. Even though compassionate Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best estimate and honest plumber. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I requested Angi's member specialist two dozen plumbing referrals. I called the two dozen plumbing companies and then explained to them that I need an estimate for new Bradford White 80 gallon water heater and 1/3 horsepower PHCC sump pump. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Some plumbing companies gave me high estimates and difficult to work with. Most of the time, plumbing companies charge service calls with repair jobs. There were two companies that caught my attention, one was 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, advertised that they do not charge for service calls without commitment and the Peterman Brothers Plumbing Company advertised free second opinions. So I decided to include these two companies' estimates too. The owner of the 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Brandon gave me the best reasonable and honest estimate. Another plumbing company was $300 more than Brandon's estimate. I realized that out of two dozen plumbing companies, I found the two companies with the best estimates. When I called the Peterman Brothers Plumbing, they insisted to provide an estimate after they inspect the water heater and the sump pump. The Peterman Brothers Plumbing company sent Bradly to give an estimate. I didn't like to play games so I printed out Brandon's estimate and gave a copy to Bradly and asked him whether your company can beat Brandon's estimate. I was very surprised to Bradly's response that, "You want our company to do a charity work?" I realized that Brandon gave me an honest and very reasonable estimate to help out honorable Trustee Debbie and my poor elderly mother. I was very disappointed with Peterman Brother Plumbing company, I cannot imagine their high estimate. I was thinking if they want to give a free second opinion, they must come up with a competitive reasonable estimate. Otherwise, they will be wasting their time and the trips. Even today, I still could not forgive Bradly. Even though he inspected my mom's old electrical water heater and he took Brandon's estimate. When Bradly emailed me an estimate, I could not believe that he intentionally gave me an estimate for a gas 80 galloon Bradford White water heater. I contacted Bradly again and told him that he sent the wrong estimate instead of the electrical water heater estimate. He told me that he will send another electrical water heater estimate but he never did. Seemed like he wants to hide their high estimate. Honorable Trustee Debbie requested that she wanted to meet Brandon at my mom's house. I talked to Brandon several times on the phone regarding this project and the estimate, he was always so kind to help out customers' concerns, questions, and willing to go extra miles in explaining to me in details so that I could understand well. Especially being a woman, I am not that familiar with plumbing projects and products. I appreciated him even more when I met him in person. He was honorable, modest, nice mannered, and trustworthy man. On April 30, Brandon's crew plumbers showed up, they showed high professionalism and work diligently all day long. They only used premium quality materials and did an excellent job in installing the water heater and sump pump. My poor elderly mother's 25 year old home is somewhat neglected, especially, the bathtub faucet was worn out so I bought a new one in advance and I asked Brandon's plumbers to help install the new one and they did it even if it is not a part of their job. I also asked them to re-caulking around the bathtub and kitchen sink. They were glad to help me. Especially, I was concern about any leaks under the kitchen sink, I asked them to check it out and they checked it for me thoroughly and I really appreciate them doing that. I felt that Brandon's crew really cares about my poor elderly mother's situation. I was very happy with this project and I really appreciated Brandon, his crew and also compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this company to other homeowners."

"They were very informant they let me know all the things they were doing up front about any other costs that incurred due to having water heater in furnace and central air unit replace some of the plumbing without dated and needed to be replaced also they did that effectively and efficiency and also installed a whole house system that softens my water through some kind of molecule exchange sign not for sure what it is exactly but it keeps it from getting the corrosion built up from Muncies hard water overall it was a very efficient and effective install and a very efficient time in Atlanta once again I would recommend them yeah when maybe I will call them out again once again that storm heating and plumbing service"
