"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. The jobs were done quickly and the cleanup was thorough. I will absolutely call Mayo Plumbing again if I have a problem, small or large."

"They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."

"There were both good things and bad things about replacing a shower with Signature. The design phase went very well. The designer was helpful in narrowing down ideas and providing feedback while still allowing me to make the final choice. It was for help with design that I initially chose to use Signature. I also knew I would pay a little more for that service. However, after all the initial choices were laid out, some things started to go wrong. First, during install, four holes were accidentally poked all the way through the wall into the connecting room. While the holes were repaired by spackling and sanding over, I was now faced with having to repaint at a minimum a whole wall and possibly an entire master bedroom since the previous home owner did not leave any matching paint. Also after installation was done, I found some unused grout had been dumped at the side of my house by the garage instead of being disposed of properly. The real problem happened several months after the install. The entire faucet apparatus became loose from the wall. I called Signature to report the problem and after a couple weeks they finally sent out the original installer to fix it. It was tightened for a while, but again came loose after a few months. I again reported the problem to Signature and my designer but this time they did not contact me to take care of the problem. I ended up having to pay money to have a regular plumber come and take a look at it. They quickly identified that part of the valve must have broken during installation and instead of having a proper fix when the wall was open, a cheap jerry-built solution was attempted to be used not only on the original install (possibly tried to glue with silicone) but on the first re-fix as well. The plumber even found a drywall anchor used as part of the incorrect fix attempt. Long story short is the design and materials are good, but beware that customer service after the sale is terrible and your might be responsible for paying more for someone else to come fix their mistakes. I understand things rarely go perfect, but if they had owned up to their mistakes and fixed them properly, I would have considered using them again, albeit with a different installer who does not take shortcuts."

"They had a big plumbing emergency and canceled the first appointment. I had to call them to reschedule but they did arrive on time and did a good job. We had a couple of additional problems crop up which made our project take longer. The drain size didn't match and the Moen roman tub spout was damaged out of the box. None of that was their fault. I would use them again."

"We had a list of things that we needed done.  Al contacted us promptly and visited to look at the scope of the issue with our bathroom.  We thought the damage we had was from the water coming from the shower, but he readily diagnosed it as cracks in the exterior wall.  Someone came and did the tuckpointing on the next warm day, and the following week Al and his team did the rest of the work.  They were quick, communicative, and affordable.

"The guys came and busted up the concrete, dug out the gravel and dirt - 2 feet down only to discover that the crack was a drilled hole from construction days 35 years earlier and the root was plastic tear out from the quickly drilled hole. The city of St. Peters inspected the repair and the guys filled it back and cemented over the hole they dug. I have used these guys for other plumbing needs and they came through every time with fair market pricing. Would recommend hiring these guys to any of my family and friends"
