"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. Called Jeff at J&E Plumbing and he was immediately helpful and reassuring. Said he would get someone right out to help me. Then instead of having me wait for one of his service guys to finish a call he was on, Jeff said he would come out himself and take care of it. Had me take a picture on my phone of where the leak was and send it to him, so he could make sure he had the parts he needed when he arrived. He was at my front door within 30 minutes, went right to work, fixed the leak, re-lit the pilot, and got the water turned back on. What a relief! We couldn't wait until Monday morning to get this fixed, so I was thrilled to find someone to come to the rescue on a Sunday night. I thought the charge was reasonable for the service. Jeff was prompt, professional, courteous, competent...what more could a person ask?
