"CAT Recovery Services did a great job making sure my furniture was packed well and stored probably in the pod. They also covered items with plastic to minimize the dust from removing the wood and tile flooring. They were very professional."

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"Marinade a great job replacing our water heater, and finding an additional leak."

"I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the entire Royalty Restoration team. When we experienced a significant water leak, it was an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation. From the very beginning, Mike and his team were there for us and made us feel like we were in good hands. Mike was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. That communication made a huge difference and gave us confidence that we were making the right decisions. They truly left no stone unturned. They were extremely thorough in assessing the damage and making sure nothing was overlooked, including areas that could have easily been missed. They also took great care of our home and belongings throughout the process and kept the work areas as clean and orderly as possible. They are truly the best at what they do."

"Just a great contractor with outstanding customer service."

"They cleaned my dryer vent. They were responsive with good communication. We had an issue with a clog. Noah had to disassemble a piece of the pipe to remove the clog. I appreciate him going the extra mile to clean."

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"We had standing water in our basement from a bad thunderstorm, so we started calling around. RDR was the only company to ensure they could be out the same day. Their team was on site within 3 hours to assess the extent of the damage. Every technician was cleanly dressed, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing! We are so happy we decided to go with RDR. Words can't express how much it meant to have a company care for our home and situation so much. They treated us just like family and we will definitely be recommending RDR to ours! They are the "Real Diehl"!"

"From our first contact with Q, we have felt assured we were in good hands. They started getting the water removed from our home in a matter of hours."
