"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"To be fully honest, at first I was a little skeptical, as I am with most contractors, but they came in on time, were very clean, and were punctual about the things I asked for and needed done. The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. I definitely will have them back to build my ADU for my in-laws."

"Well happy with the work and affordable pricing"

"Leo did a fantastic job with the front steps at my investment property. Leo acted quickly to obtain an emergency permit, demolish rotting old steps, and build a new stairway outside. Having tenants, the cracked steps were a big liability for me and I was very grateful that Leo acted quickly and performed the entire job in less than a week (even less time if you count some of the rainy April days that can't be worked)."

"Carlo and his team built a retaining wall for us, to create a new parking area for our camper van, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It was a tricky project as it was built on a steep bank. Not only did they build a beautiful looking wall, their professionalism, and attention to detail were first class. Carlo was careful to update us throughout the project and explain exactly what they were doing and why. We will definitely be hiring CF Masonry again."

"From the moment I requested a quote Zana and the folks at HWP were highly responsive. From the first phone call, within 2-3 days, the carpenter, Ivo, stopped by as arranged to look over the project. Ivo walked through what we wanted, asked great questions, and advised he would have a quote in a few days. By the next day we had the quote in hand! HWP folks were patient while we researched other contractors. We selected HWP for an excellent price teamed with timely responses. We made the right choice. Work started within a few days and the project was underway without a hitch. Upon completing the demo of the old porch Ivo let us know he needed additional supplies for unforeseen conditions related to the structural supports. We appreciated being kept up-to-date on additional costs and gave him the ok to proceed. The work area was kept clean; the workmanship was exceptional; Ivo could not have been more pleasant and professional. The finished porch and stairs met every expectation so much so that we decided to have Ivo paint the porch as well. Again an excellent job. We highly recommend HWP and will keep them in mind for our next projects!"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"Henry was responsive to my calls, and was timely with appointments for the estimate. Given that the scope of work was small, I appreciated his willingness to take on this project (several others never returned my call or wouldn't consider it). His estimate was very fair, and he completed the scope of work on-time as initially assessed. He gave us clear instructions on materials we needed to buy for the project. We paid for all of the tile and grout upfront, and they supplied the drywall patch, any other materials needed for these 2 projects, and labor. They also did a great job cleaning up once they were done. Henry and his colleague Chris were friendly, kind and efficient. The finished product was excellent. I would hire them again in a second!"

"Ronei & the team at Millbrook Construction Corp were absolutely wonderful to work with. They transformed our house into a beautiful home - paying close attention to every detail, keeping to the schedule/budget, and providing great design ideas throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Greater Boston area looking to have work done in their home!"

"Picked them from Angie's list. Not the least expensive, but had a good rating. Good interviews with contractor and his wife, who acted as design consultant. Helped us with buying the tub, sink, toilet, vanity, lighting. He ran good coordination with the subs, and kept them on schedule. All work first rate. Finished on time and on budget. Could not possibly ask for a better job."
