No hidden costs and he didn’t try to upsell me any additional parts, like new openers. He gave me a date & time for the installation, showed up on time and installed them. Took him about 3 hours to replace 2 doors. We love the new doors & they look and work great. The last thing he said was to call him with any concerns, even if started squeaking & he would be there to fix it. He is very professional with many years of experience & provided excellent service. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup."
