"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Eric arrived at my apartment on time and did a great job replacing my bathroom sink faucet and popup stopper in no time. He also found a leaking shut off valve under the sink, which I did not notice initially, and fixed this one too. ". This company has done a plethora of work for myself and my family. He has installed appliances such as dishwashers, washer and dryers, garbage disposals, faucets and sinks, a hot water heater, and a gas boiler. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about what he does and stands by his work. If there is an issue, he will get back to you and fix it in a timely manner. His pricing is reasonable and he does excellent work. I would recommend anyone to use him."

"My gas water heater was leaking and starting to get a bit old... so I needed a replacement. Boston Standard gave me an estimate after emailing them a few photos of my existing setup, and came out to replace it the next morning. Their estimate came in lower than another company I looked at by a fair amount. They also gave me a discount on a scratched water heater they had on hand that another customer rejected. The were prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly. I will absolutely hire them again for my plumbing needs."
