"Had a extensive visit and got all repairs and service done!"

"On the pricier side, but the tech they sent out to look at the A/C diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and was up front about their price to make the necessary repairs. While I did not have them perform the repair itself the service call was worth it for the quick and accurate diagnosis."

"Timely response and excellent diagnosis of issue and repair. Reasonable pricing for work done."

"I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. They have great customer service, were honest, and hardworking. This was an expensive project but they helped to make it a little less painful. I recommend them to anyone who needs hvac repairs."

"Very good service. They took before and after pictures. They did good work. Thank you."

"In today's world, dollar value verses services rendered are difficult, Ken's team met and exceeded my expectations. Cost effective, excellent customer service and most important to me is timing. They were right on time, repaired the A/C as needed and had us up and running very promptly. Thanks, very much!! Highly recommend Ken and his team!"

"Outstanding work by O'Brien Services. From the "diagnostic" visit to scheduling and the extensive repair we were impressed with the knowledge, experience, professionalism and thoroughness of the O'Brien team. O'Brien prices were reasonable for the amount of work done. Highly recommend O'Brien Services and kudos to Mike, Rich and Eric for their outstanding customer service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Ronnie was very prompt coming to my home to access the problem. He discovered a coil leak and discussed with me my options: to have the coil replaced or have the whole inside unit replaced.   Ronnie discussed with me my options on a new unit and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each.   After I decided to have a new unit installed, Ronnie was here the very next day to install the unit.  He took the time to explain exactly how the unit operates.  Ronnie and his team were very professional, courteous and prompt. I will definitely use this company for all my AC/Heating needs."
